A local full service accounting firm, serving clients in the Sarasota and surrounding areas. Is seeking a full time Receptionist to help with daily tasks at hand. While ensuring the flow of smooth daily operations.
• Greeting guests as needed
• Assisting with inbound & outbound calls
• Scheduling and modifying appointments accordingly
• Processing incoming & outgoing mail
• Organizing files accordingly
• Updating & maintain client files as needed
• Assist with creating and maintain filling systems, both electronic and physical.
• Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees
• Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
• Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day
• Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset customers
• Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive.
