International Criminal

This searches turn up crimes and offenses in a candidate’s previous countries of residence. Criminal background information is subject to limited availability based on a country’s laws and regulations. Some countries maintain only paper files at local jurisdictions or police departments, which can result in longer turnaround times.

Insta-National Alias

Combines the power of a SSN Trace with National InstaCriminal. This comprehensive search tool uses sophisticated algorithms to accurately match the applicant’s name history to save you processors time and ensure that you get the most complete results.

Sex Offender Search

Searches applicant’s names for any records in the Sexual Offenders Registry of that State.

County Civil

A physical courthouse search in the requested county. This product will provide felony and/or misdemeanor court records.

FDLE (Florida Department Law Enforcement)

is the central repository of criminal history information for the State of Florida. It is a search of FDLE's Computerized Criminal History (CCH) files which include State of Florida criminal history information only.

Global Terror Search

is a database of incidents of terrorism. The database is maintained by the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism.

Health Care Sanctions Search (OIG)

Verifies if the applicant is listed as a sanctioned individual by the Office of Inspector General.

National Medical Sanctions Search

This search will consist of is an OIG check, SAM, state Medicaid exclusion lists, and all state board actions lists as well as many more. This will allow you to screen your employees for sanctions to protect your company from potential fines, as well as protecting your patients from risk. We would be able to offer you the most up to date and accurate information. This can be ordered as a single search or a monthly basis monitoring for any individual in the medical field.

Social Security Trace

Pulls all names and address associated with the applicant’s Social Security Number.


Professional or Personal references will be contacted to further help determine the applicant’s character, work ethic, and employability. TOPS HR Solutions works with each client to develop a list of reference questions that will best meet each organizations needs.

Past Employment Verification

Verification of previous and/or current employment. Dates and title are reported, attendance, performance and eligibility for re-hire are given if in compliance with the employers company policy.

Education Verification

Educational credentials are commonly falsified or overstated on applications. The educational check verifies degrees/diplomas attained, and confirms dates of attendance.

Credit History Check

This product can be used for employment purposes only and comes from one of the three National credit repositories in full compliance with e FCRA.The information contained gives insight to the finical responsibility of the applicant.

DOT Employment Verification

Includes completion of the DOT 3-Year Drug and Alcohol form. Will also verify information captured in a regular Employment Verification.

Motor Vehicle Check

Motor Vehicle Record checks are a must for any applicant who will have driving responsibilities. This check may reveal the applicant's type or class of driver’s license, any restrictions, violations, convictions, license revocations, automobile insurance cancellations, and accidents. Obtain driving records from the State in which an applicant holds a valid license. This report shows citations, license revocation, suspensions, and accidents. Data reported will include other States that the applicant held a license in.  Data reported varies from State to State.

OIG Search

Verifies if the applicant is listed as a sanctioned individual by the Office of Inspector General.

Drug & Alcohol Testing

We are a national provider of drug testing and alcohol testing and specimen collection services; including DOT, FAA testing, Drug Free Workplace policy development, education, and instant on site drug testing devices. Laboratory Urine Test includes DOT mandated urine test, can be done in either a 5 or 10-panel.  Collection is done at facilities nationwide and includes a MRO Review.
